Lake Anna Home Solutions is an award-winning (Best of Lake Anna) residential construction company that specializes in home improvement and handyman services serving the Lake Anna community. We have been in the construction industry since 1991, and here at Lake Anna since 2021.
Position Requirements
- 2+ years general office or clerical experience
- Excellent customer service skills (Clear written and verbal communication with clients, staff, vendors, and subcontractors.)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel), Email, Google Workspace, and Internet
- Show attention to detail for data entry into database management (CRM Program) and digital filing system
- Strong organizational skills involving multi-tasking and meeting critical deadlines
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners,
- Ability to work on your own (self-manage) and with others.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic knowledge of terms and materials involved in residential construction, a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 30 pounds

- 5+ years of residential construction experience (remodeling and handyman)
- Interior and exterior trim, drywall, windows, doors, flooring, tile, decks, and siding
- Screen porch repair, caulking, painting, and gutters
- Ability to work on your own (self-manage) and with others.
- Ensure order and cleanliness on the job site.
- Provide exceptional quality standards for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in any kind of weather.
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, proof of insurance, and ability to pass a background check.
- Must have a truck or van to transport tools, materials, and ladders.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 50 pounds
- Climb and work from ladders; bend, stoop, and dig holes
